AGENCIJA AJDUK“ is registered in the Register of intermediators in real estate business in Croatia. Our main focus is intermediating with buying and selling real estate in the whole Republic of Croatia. We also have built and equipped wooden houses in Bosnia and Herzegowina in our offer, at very reasonable prices (in Blidinje-Risovac) and construction parcels up to 500m2 in Blidinje and Kupres, near the skiing resort. In our offer there are hotels, construction and agricultural parcels, appartments, business premises and houses. We aim to get you, dear customers, the real state that you have been looking for. We also aim to realize our sellers' real estate as soon as possible. In order to help all of you, in a high-quality, successful manner, we cooperate with domestic and foreign agencies and we advertise on all portals in Croatia and in Europe. Our main office is near the town of Imotski, in our own business premise, in the place called Kamenmost, right next to the main road.

Set by the Law on intermediation in the real estate business, Bylaw of the Register of Intermediators in the real estate business, Bylaw of the List of Intermediation agents in the real estate business and the Bylaw of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, which sets the agency provision. This is not a wasted money as we work for you: advertising in the media and on all portals, we check the documentation on ownership and other characteristics of the real estate, numerous visits to the site, pre-contract, contract, demand to the court and the tax office, we give advice for your protection and security, and if necessary, we ensure attorney services and services of asessment of the real estate by the certified expert and for the legalization of the object (from the beginning to the end), according to the new law, and we also offer service of getting the energetic certificate which is necessary, according to the new Law, for all objects which are for sale or for rent.
